Botox and Dysport

In 1993, physicians began using Botox and Dysport as a means of reducing lines and wrinkles. Botox and Dysport, which are injections to block signals to muscles from nerves, are often used in conjunction with fillers to reduce wrinkles such as crow’s feet lines, frown lines and forehead lines. In essence, the ‘offending’ muscle is simply paralyzed and stays in a relaxed mode.
